Today's Wrap-up

I did great today on the eating front. I ate right on target and drank 80 oz. of water. I was a little sore today and the new workout program that I am following called for a day of stretching. The stretchin was ultra relaxing and didn't feel like exercise at all. Well, it really isn't exercise because I only did it for 12 minutes and burned 24 calories...hahaha!

I was tempted to skip the stretching, but I really want to complete this rotation as prescribed. I'm really excited about this rotation and when I complete it I should be able to do any one of Cathe's workouts without feeling completely winded and weak. I can't wait until that day.
