What today's menu looked like...

Ever wonder what a healthy, clean diet looks like? Well take a look at today's menu to get an idea...

Here we go:

Breakfast - Overnight Oats - 1/2c. Oats, 1.5c. Almond Milk,
Blueberries and 1/2 a banana. Coffee /w creamer not
pictured.

Snack 1 - Vanilla Chobani & Banana

Lunch - Leftover from last night salmon patties and 1c. green
beans.

Snack 2 -  4.5 oz. carrots with Athenos Spicy Three Pepper
Hummus.
 

Dinner - WW Tortilla Wrap, Tribe 40 Spices Hummus, tomatoes,
50/50 mix lettuce, red onions and chicken breast.
