So you thought I gave up....

I haven't. Actually, I've been keeping up with eating right, but I've changed my approach since starting. At first I thought I would restrict my way to thin, but after several weeks I noticed that I wasn't getting very far and I was HUNGRY! So I changed my approach and researched all kinds of diets, lifestyle changes, eating plans and/or exercise plans. After a lot of research, I decided to do a round (12 weeks) of Body-For-Life.
