A Workout Schedule and My Lack of Motivation

I am floundering in regards to my workouts. I've actually not been working out the last two and a half weeks. I could make a million excuses as to why not, but then again, there really is no excuse. I have been eating pretty well during the weekdays but the weekends have been horrible. I feel completely lost and like I've missed a step somewhere along this journey. My Bodybugg has been keeping my weight in check for me since I know what I’m eating and what I’m burning. However, I feel fat.

So in an effort to get me back on track I will be committing myself to work out every day from today to Saturday. Here is the schedule I will follow:

Wednesday: Run 3 Miles (to see how crappy my fitness has become)
Thursday: Cathe Friedrich – Low Impact Step
Friday: Cathe Friedrich – Body Fusion (circuit training)
Saturday: Run 3 Miles

In an effort to refocus my eating for EVER DAY, I have decided that I am going to make some meal plans tonight and if I have time I will post them on my blog to hold me accountable.
