The Getting Healthy series is a series of posts that I have created that are aimed at helping people who are new to a healthy lifestyle. These posts are my own personal opinion on what I think is important to Getting Healthy. These posts are not backed by a physician or personal trainer, but they are backed by common sense, a lot of research and a WHOLE lot of trial and error on my part.
